Play with Imagination

Two things about playing with imagination:

  1. By imagination I don’t mean worry. This may seem like a silly distinction. But seriously…

  2. Don’t make it a big deal. I see many people take a suggestions, then turn it into a big-deal “should or “must”.

Your brain responds to imagined stimuli. Develop your relationship with imagining, so that you may consider a reality that is different from the one you’re perceiving right now.

Just imagine., a couple of minutes a day. Sit still in a scenario that creates ease and flow. Track what happens in your body in this imagined place.

When you wake up, give a few seconds of imagination to how your day could go.

When you're driving to work, stop to-do listing for a minute and picture what fulfillment looks like at work.

When you're falling asleep imagine without doubt what you'd like your future to hold.

As quick and easy as this read.
